Do You Provide Tracking Information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
What If My Tracking Says “No Information Available”?
Tracking information may take 2-5 business days to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information, please contact us for assistance.
Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages. Rest assured, all items will reach you as quickly as possible.
